Larry T. Ross is a native to Atlanta who has been in the building and developing business since the 1970’s. In the early 1980’s, Larry started several companies, including LTR Land & Development, LTR Realty, Inc., and LTR Investments, Inc. He also was in partnership with J.D. Brooks, one of the leading residential developers in the metropolitan Atlanta area specializing in high-end neighborhoods.
Larry has been an award winning builder in and around the Atlanta area, building homes from the $100’s to over a $1,000,000. Larry has an excellent reputation among homeowners and trade contractors, as well as fellow builders. Larry is an outstanding developer in metropolitan Atlanta as well. Over the years, he has developed and completed many communities such as Bahia Mar, King’s Mountain, Boatman’s Cove, Hunter’s Vineyard, Market’s Walk, Greystone North, Spencer’s Mountain, Mountain Shadow, Cedar Glen, Seville North, Chandler Forest, Secret Cove and Hillside Commons. He also developed Creekstone Estates with approximately 400 lots in the $1.5 million range; Apalachee Farms with J.D. Brooks which is a golf course community with approximately 500 homes up to $1 million in the NE Atlanta area; and a joint venture investment project with his two sons, Chandler Ross and Glen Ross, consisting of 700 multi-family and single-family units in Newnan, Georgia adjacent to The Forum at Newnan Crossing, a Stan Thomas development. Larry estimates his development experience at approximately 3,000 units. He has vast knowledge and experience in creating builder programs and working with the builders themselves; therefore, completing successful communities.

Jeannie Ross was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She moved to Atlanta in the
early 80's and has been in the real estate, building and remodeling business since 1982.
Jeannie began her career in real estate in 1980 holding licenses in both Florida and
Georgia. She practiced selling real estate for 5 years prior to her career in home
building in the Atlanta area. Through the years, Jeannie built spec and custom homes
from the $200's to over $1,000,000. She has remodeled homes with tasks ranging from
simple updates to major renovations. Her rapport with clients and her reputation for
excellence served her well throughout her career.
Jeannie and her husband, Larry, own and operate LTR Realty, Inc., LTR Investments,
Inc. and LTR Land and Development. Their combined efforts have afforded them many
years of success, and continue to offer customers in the Atlanta area services in real estate
sales, land development, and residential building and remodeling.

operations to manage the business operations at their office located in Tucker, Georgia.
